It has been a wild week in Grand Teton learning about animals that live in the forest. We practiced different animal sounds as we sang songs like, “The Bear went over the Mountain,” and “Can You Hoot Like an Owl?”
We played with a big stuffed deer and moose. We liked feeling the moose’s antlers! Some of the books we read this week were, “Sleep Tight, Sleepy Bear,” “Go, Go, Go!,” and “Owl Says, Hoot!”
We played ball with our friends in the gross motor mat. We checked out our reflection in the mirror. We also played with our baby dolls giving them hugs and kisses and practiced being gentle.
- No shoe policy starts Oct. 15th. Have a great weekend!
