Hello from Yellowstone!
This week was all about St. Patrick’s day… Leprechauns, shamrocks, and rainbows!
Our first project was to make green paint on our paper, mixing blue and yellow paint on our paper. This paper was used to make shamrocks for our bulletin board.
We played with our colorful foam blocks to make a rainbow road for our cars and trucks.
In our sensory table we had green and gold colored rice. We pretended our toy people were leprechauns.
We used our new ink daubers to make rainbows on paper plates. They are also displayed on our bulletin board.
Friends sorted shamrocks by size, and we made a mess using green vinegar and baking soda.
We pretended our yellow bean bags were gold and tossed them into a bucked.
We even used oil pastels and drew how we would catch a leprechaun.
Everyone had fun learning about leprechauns, shamrocks, and rainbows.
Have a wonderful weekend!
