We had a fun week in Grand Teton learning about bats and spiders.
We started our week off with a costume parade with all our Parkside friends. We have been busy reading books this week too, like “Goodnight Maine,” “The Very Busy Spider,” Miss Spider’s Tea Party,” and “Mr. Gumpy’s Outing.” We painted ghost pumpkins for Halloween. We explored with sensory bags filled with spiders and sticky contact paper (like webs), and EEK…..! We even had a visit from a big hairy spider!! Reminders: November 11th Parkside is closed for teacher training/conferences.
Please help us fill our basket outside our classroom for the Sheperd food bank and canned pet food for Eastern Area on Aging. Have a great weekend!
