This week in Big Sur we learned about transportation. We talked about different types of transportation; by land, sea or air. Some friend expressed that they’ve been on an airplane, and some on a boat!
We had trains, and friends worked together to make a track!
We cut our trains, and glued them on paper. Friends, then, worked on writing their numbers.
By taping crayons/markers to cars, we had a fun way of coloring.
Using shaped, friends made a vehicle. Some made dump trucks, racecars, big trucks, etc.
We had special transportation puzzles that we loved to put back together!
As a special treat, friends spread sunbutter on a piece of bread and used a cookie cutter that was the shape of cars or airplanes.
We made airplanes out of popsicle sticks and a clothespin!
Using stamps and stickers, we made out own license plates! Friends found the letters in their names and stamped them on!
At our lego table, friends found the numbers on the trains and stacked that many legos on top.
On a piece of paper there was a picture of land, sea and air. Friends put the cards on where each one went, they also used them as matching cards.
At the water table, we had a car wash!
