Happy Halloween from Big Sur!!
This week we learned about Halloween! We’ve done all kinds of Halloween activities!
We mixed red and yellow paint together to make orange! We really enjoyed finding out what color it made.
We made shaving cream ghosts! We mixed in baking soda to made it cold.
We used cubes to measure objects around our classroom.
We put colored pasta on pipe cleaners to make pumpkins/bracelets.
Melting hands was a big hit! Miss Nicole froze Halloween objects in gloves and froze them. We watched them melt and took out the objects.
We used eye droppers to mix together red and yellow water to see what color it made!
We practiced our fine motor skills using tweezers to get the spiders out of the web.
We painted with Halloween objects! Spiders, bats, skeletons, etc.
